NEWS ! UPDATES:

070209: Hello friends. We have finished tracking all of the instruments on the LP. Most of us our Phoenix bound now. Andrew is still with Scott, finishing up the vocals. If you have not been keeping up with us, we have been recording our first full length with Scott Solter (St. Vincent, Spoon, Okkervil River, John Vanderslice, Pattern is Movement, Ester Drang, Superchunk, Mountain Goats).. Check out his work right now! Scott has been an essential part in sculpting the album. This will be like nothing you have ever heard (in the best way)! Monroe is a beautiful and flourishing town, where the eggs are so fresh they are still inside the chickens. We wish that we had some new music to share with you, but we promise it's not TOO far off. KIT!

062109: Hello all. We have been recording with Scott Solter for the past week.. He is such an amazing guy. Brilliant to boot! We are recording the album of our collective lives (so far). At the moment, we are getting a drum sound for the new version of "Benjamin".. Thanks to anyone who has been keeping up with us. Wonderful things are on the verge of blooming!

052309: Tonight we are playing @ The Wyndham in downtown Phoenix for the STAR SWIM kickoff show. Also playing are Dear and the Headlights, Art For Starter, Hooves, and DJ Ben Collins. We are stoked! 051809: Today (well, last night), we celebrate the birth of Michael Joel Porter. Let us all have our collective ivories tickled eternally by him. Happy birthday to ye, Michael. In other news, we are heading to Monroe NC to record with Scott Solter in the middle of June. Needless to say, we are totally stoked! Check out his incredible production on many wonderful releases. This will be our first full-length, and we promise you won't be disappointed!
